Care & Shipping
Questions, answered plainly.
Is this a greeting card?
It's the shape of one, and it can be written in and given like one. But it's built like a keepsake — quilled by hand, numbered, made to be kept on a desk or shelf for years, not filed in a drawer.
Why only eighteen of each?
Because a piece made for one person shouldn't exist for everyone. Eighteen is small enough that every piece matters, and large enough that the right people can find one.
Can I choose my edition number?
Yes. Pick it on the product page. Some people want their anniversary date, some want № 1, some want № 18. Once a number is gone, it's gone.
Will this design ever be made again?
No. When the eighteenth is gone, the design is retired. Permanently.
How should I care for it?
Away from direct sunlight and moisture. Quilled paper is stronger than it looks, but it's still paper — treat it like a photograph you can't retake.
Where do you ship?
Across Australia now. Internationally soon — join the list and we'll tell you when.
How is it packaged?
Carefully, so it reaches you safely. When it arrives, write your message, wrap it your way and give it in person. There's no plastic window and no barcode on the face, so there's nothing you'll need to hide before handing it over.
Where is it made?
Each piece is quilled by artisan hands in Vietnam, and designed and edition-managed in Melbourne.
Sourcing
Materials are curated under a clean-sourcing principle. We're small and honest about it: we choose suppliers carefully and we'd rather say less here than overclaim.
